Hi, I’m Ryan Docherty.

With over a decade of experience in sport, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding what it takes to perform at the highest level. Through my studies within Sports Coaching and development as well as a degree in Exercise and Health Science, I know how to personalise adaptations to individuals to maximise performance potential. My passion for athlete development led me to this programme, designed to empower athletes to reach their full potential by mastering the critical areas of nutrition, recovery, and mindset. I believe that true success comes from what we do beyond the field, and I’m here to guide you in building the habits, skills, and resilience needed to excel in your sporting performance.


My Approach

Our programme is designed to educate and empower athletes, providing them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in any situation.

Live it

Our brain learns best through lived experiences. Throughout your journey you will have the chance to be put in a variety of different situations for you to feel what helps or hinders your performance

Describe it

Recognise what works well for you and what does not. You may find that you learn about a mindset technique that you need to bank until the right scenario occurs, but when it does you will be optimally prepared.

Personalise it

We will create you a plan for all situations that you may face in your sport. You will be ready to perform, at your best, no matter what challenge is presented to you.
